    6 oz (1 bag) Tofu Shirataki noodles
    1.5 cups Canned Crushed Tomatoes
    1/2 cup Libby pure pumpkin
    1 tsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese topping
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1/8 tspBlack Pepper, freshly ground
    8 oz Jennie-O Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup Onion - raw
    1 cup Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1/3 cup Reduced Fat shredded Mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 425d
Cook sausage and set aside.
Chop/slice onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Set aside.
Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles well.
Pat dry, place in a large bowl, and microwave for 1 minute.
Drain excess liquid and dry as thoroughly as possible using paper towels.
Usine kitchen shears, cut noodles up a bitm then return to bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine tomatoes pumpkin, Parmesan topping, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Stir in cooked sausage.
Transfer about 3/4 of hte tomato mixture to the noodle bowl. Set the rest of the tomato mixture aside.
Add Egg beaters, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms to noodle bowl and combine
Spray a large pie plate with nonstick spray and transfer noodle mixture to pie plate.
Bake for 25 mins or until firm.
Remove from oven and top with the remaining tomato mixture and then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Return to oven to heat through and let cheese melt (3-5 mins)
Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
