Ingredients

    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp black bean paste
    1.5 tsp sugar
    1 bunch scallions
    1 tbsp seasame oil
    1 tsp garlic
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp chili paste
    1 lb green beans (steamed)

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside. Add seasame oil to pan and saute scallions, ginger, garlic and chili paste until fragrant. Add green beans and previous sauce. Toss and serve hot.
