Ingredients

    carrots
    potatoes
    tomatoes
    garlic
    chicken broth
    ground ginger
    cinnamon
    kidney beans
    onion
    corn
    tomato paste

Directions

I use my pressure cooker on the soup button or you may use a slow cooker or on top of the stove until veggies are cooked through.
I sometimes put a dollop of sour cream with diced scallions or chives on top to dress it up for a meal.

Serving Size: makes rougly 8 1 cup servings
