    1 cup Fruit, Frozen ( include banana)
    1 cup Salad - Mixed Greens (Fresh Express)
    1 Tb Coconut Flakes, unsweetened
    1 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

Directions

Throw all into VitaMix......blend on high until SMOOTHIE...
