    1/4 cup Stoneridge Orchards Whole Dried Blueberries
    1/2 cup Water
    1/2 cup Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 cup Margarine
    1/3 cup Bob's red mill oat flour
    1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Splenda
    2 tbsp Cinnamon
    9 ea Granny smith apple, sliced
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice


1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Place the blueberries and water in a bowl and soak until ready to use. Meanwhile, combine oats, margarine, 1/4 cup oat flour, 1/4 cup Splenda, and 1 tbsp ciinnamon; stir until mixture is crumbly.

3. Toss apples and lemon juice together in a large bowl. Add remaining 1/4 flour, 2 tbsp splenda and remaining 1 tbsp cinnamon; stir to combine.

4. Place apples in baking dish. Pour blueberries and soaking water over apples mixture; toss gently to combine. Sprinkle oat topping evenly over fruit.

5. Bake until apples are tender, about 40 minutes. Serve warm.
