    8 flour tortillas
    1 can black beans
    1 can Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
    8 slices skim milk mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1Tbsp Goya Adobo Light
    1Tbsp southwest seasoning


Place a slice of mozzarella on a flour tortilla. Scoop some black beans on top. Season with garlic powder, adobo light and southwest seasoning. Fold in the sides and roll into enchilada shape. Place in casserole dish (repeat for all tortillas). Pour enchilada sauce over top and bake at 350degrees for 15 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes or so to crisp.
