Our version of mashed potatoes Our version of mashed potatoes

    1 small turnip, peeled and diced
    3 medium white potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/4 cup milk


Boil potatoes and turnips 45 minutes. Drain. Mash by hand and add butter and milk. Mash by hand until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings aprox 1 cup each
