Ingredients

    6 cups of potatoes - cubed
    1/2 cup of onions - diced
    1/2 cup of celery - diced
    1 Tbsp parsley
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp salt
    1/2 cup Olivio Buttery spread
    1 can of evaporated milk
    1/2 cup of instant potatos
    6 cups of water

Directions

Put all ingredients into the crock pot except for the instant potatoes (* these are used for a thickening agent when the soup is finished). Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

* adjust the amount of instant potatoes to the desired thickness of soup. More or less then the recommended amount will alter the nutritional value of the soup.
