Number of Servings: 15


    2 cups all purpose flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/3 cup melted butter
    1 large egg


1. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda together in a large bowl.
2. In a smaller bowl whisk melted butter, buttermilk, and egg.
3. Combine both mixtures until just moistened.
4. Scoop into greased cookie sheet and bake in a 400 F preheated oven for 15 minutes.
