    1 cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt
    1/2 Large Cucumber (peeled)
    1 tbsp Dill Wweed (dried)
    1 tbsp Chopped Red Onion
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tsp Garlic Powder
    2 tbsp Lemon juice


Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree till well blended. Serve as a salad dressing or veggie dip.
