My 9 year old's favorite meal. My 9 year old's favorite meal.
Number of Servings: 10


    10 flour tortillas

    1 and 1/3 cups sour cream
    2 cans 98% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 cans chopped green chilis, or 3 fresh chilis, chopped
    2 cups shredded cheddar/jack cheese (or sub. a lower fat cheese)
    1/2 t pepper

    Reserve 1 and 1/2 cups sauce for the top.

    4 medium chicken breasts.

    Additional 1/2 cup cheese for top.


Sauce: Mix together the sour cream, soup, green chilis, cheese, and pepper.
Set aside 1 and 1/2 cups sauce for the top.
Dice chicken breasts and fry in a nonstick pan on high heat, until barely starting to brown. Season with garlic salt, sage and pepper. Stir chicken into main sauce bowl. Fill tortillas with mixture, roll, and place side by side in a pammed 9X13 pan. Spread reserved sauce on top of tortillas and sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and bubbly. Enjoy!
