This is a family favorite for spring. Easy to make and delicious! This is a family favorite for spring. Easy to make and delicious!
Number of Servings: 12


    Rhubarb, 4 cups chopped
    1 package lite strawberry jello
    1 package white cake mix
    4 1/2 cups water
    4 tbsp melted butter


in a ungreased 9 x 13 pan, layer the ingredients as listed:
sprinkle with jello,
sprinkle cake over all,
pour water over top,
spoon melted butter over top to finish.
Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. 12 generous servings.
