    1 cup long grain brown rice
    1.5 cup water
    .25 cup white wine
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1.5 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp lemmon pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Zesty blend (or Kroger brand)
    1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley


In a small saucepan saute the mushrooms in the oil for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
