    2 pkts of GF Extra fibre Pasta
    3 cups grated cheese (I use edam)
    4 cups non-fat milk
    1 T wholegrain mustard
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Spray slowcooker dish. Dump all ingredients in slowcooker. Cook for 6 hours on low. I DO stir my slowcooker stuff and if necessary adjust ingredients :)

Serving Size: Makes 10 generous portions (for side dish)
