Introduction

Low sodium, low fat, gluten free and most importantly Yummy. Low sodium, low fat, gluten free and most importantly Yummy.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.2 Lb Lean ground turkey
    1.25 LB Lean Ground beef
    1 cup green onion chopped
    3 garlic cloves chopped
    3 oz of no salt tomato paste
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire
    1 C GF Oats
    1 Extra large egg
    2 Tbsp water
    2 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until meatloaf is to medium doneness (160F for beef, 170F for turkey), until not pink in center and juices show no pink color. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
