Introduction

Chicken breasts marinated in apricot jam and mustard sauce, baked in the oven. Chicken breasts marinated in apricot jam and mustard sauce, baked in the oven.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup apricot jam WARMED
    1/4 cup combination of dijon and spicy brown mustards

Directions

Warm the jam in the microwave to make mixing it with the mustards easier. Whisk jam and mustards together and pour into a gallon sized zip lock. Add 2 chicken breasts. Squeeze excess air from bag and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

Place in a shallow baking dish spoon marinade on top. Bake in a 375 deg oven for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
