    600g green peeled prawns (1.2gk unpeeled)
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    150g cherry tomatoes, halved
    50g reduced fat feta, crumbled
    100g baby rocket
    1 limes, cut into wedges


Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Toss prawns in oil, garlic, paprika and cumin seeds. Scatter prawns onto a lined baking tray and top with tomatoes and feta.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until prawns are cooked
Scatter with rocket and lime wedges.
Serving suggestion:
Squeeze prawns with lime juice and serv on top of Quenoa or Brown rice or roll up into Mountain bread or wrap of your choice.
