Introduction

Yoghurt, whey protein, blueberries, mango, raspberries Yoghurt, whey protein, blueberries, mango, raspberries

Ingredients

    Yoghurt (0% fat yoghurt, plain flavoured), 1/4 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1/4 cup
    Mangos, frozen, 1/4 cup
    Raspberries, frozen, 1/4 cup
    Jillian Michael's Vanilla Whey Protein, 3/4 scoop
    Ice, approx. 6 cubes

Directions

Use a blender and mix all of the ingredients.
Continually add water as you blend until it is a consistency you can drink. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
