    1 banana (medium, sliced)
    1/4 c each; frozen blueberries, strawberries, blackberries (or other berries to taste)
    3 oz fat free vanilla yogurt
    1/4 cup milk


Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk to make a thinner smoothie.

Serving Size: Makes 1 smoothie (approx 2 cups)
