Ingredients

    1/2 bag of Garofalo Farfalle Bow ties - dry,
    1 container *Classico Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce & Spread
    1/2 sweet red bell pepper Peppers chopped
    1/2 sweet, yellow bell pepper chopped
    2 cup chopped Asparagus
    2 cup sliced Mushrooms
    1 cup chopped Onions
    2 tbsp chopped Garlic,
    2 tbsp Olive Oil for sauteing

Directions

boil water and cook pasta
in a dry skillet blacken red and yellow peppers.
Add the onions, garlic and olive oil, saute until onions are clear. Add the asparagus and cover for 5 mins. add the mushroom and cooked covered for another 5 mins.
Add the cooked pasta and the Pesto Sauce
cook all ingredients together for a couple of mins. and serve with parmesan cheese.
