    2 egs
    1 tbsp light ranch
    dash of garlic powder
    half a plum tomato, seede and diced
    half a slice of american cheese, broken into little squares


In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, salad dressing and garlic powder. Spray the bottom or a 3-cup baking dish with baking spray. Pour half of egg mixture into dish; top with tomato and cheese. Pour remaining egg mixture on top.
Bakek at 350 for 22-26 minutes or until completely set.
