    Ronzoni Smart Taste Extra Wide Noodle pasta (1/2 bag)
    3 Chicken breast, bite sized
    1/4 cup zesty FF itallian dressing
    1 cup chopped onion*
    1 cup sliced mushrooms*
    3 Tbsp minced garlic
    3 Tbsp paprika
    1 cup frozen peas
    3/4 cup 99% FF chicken broth
    1 cup FF sour cream

    * You can add more or omit if you'd like.


Heat canola oil in pan over med-high heat. Cook chicken pieces until brown. Set aside.

Cook noodles according to directions on package. Start a few minutes into the next step for better timing. Drain and set aside.

Heat itallian dressing in pan over med-high heat. Cook onion, mushrooms, garlic, and paprika. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste (optional). Cook for about 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add chicken broth and peas; simmer for 4-5 minutes or until peas are tender. Add in chicken to re-heat 1-2 minutes. Mix in sour cream.

Serve mixture over cooked noodles.
