    1.5 Trader Joe's fat-free English Muffin (cut into 1" pieces)
    2 c. Trader Joe's broccoli (steamed)
    .5 c. Trader Joe's pre-cut onions
    2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. TJ's Non-Fat Milk
    1 Trader Joes Sweet Italian Chicken sausage (cut into 10 pieces)
    .5 c. TJ's Lite 3 cheese Mexican blend
    TJ's Spices (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 and grease baking pan with your choice of oil or butter. (I used a pie tin.) Place bread pieces in pan and distribute evenly. Steam the broccoli according to the package and distribute the broccoli evenly over the bread. Beat the egg beaters, milk, onions and any spices you desire (salt, pepper, garlic powder...) and pour over the bread. Add the remaining ingredients (sausage and cheese) and bake for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and a knife put in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving (oh, you can wait). Enjoy.
