    3 Bananaa, fresh
    Dates, 1 cup, pitted, chopped
    *Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats Whole Grain, dry, 2 cup
    *365 Organic Unsweetened Applesauce, 1/3 cup
    *Flax USA Organic Flax Seed, 3 tbsp
    *Imitation Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Preheat oven to 350. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add oats, applesauce, dates and vanilla extract and combine well. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place tablespoons of mixture onto a lightly greased cookie sheet (a tiny spray of nonstick spray will do). As these cookies/bites do not rise when they bake, you will probably want to shape them the way you want to eat them, if you are going to make flatter, wider ones, keep a close eye on them in the oven so that they do not burn. if you want to make heaping little balls, then baking for 15 minutes will suffice.
