    Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, sliced
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) cubed
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, .5 tsp
    Non stick spray


1. Spray pan with spray and heat
2. Add summer squash and zucchini to hot pan and saute until just about limp
3. Add onions to pan and continue cooking until oninos are limp
4. Add tomatoes and cook until warm
5. Season with Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
