Ingredients

    3 oz. top sirloin or filet mignon, lean
    2 new red potatoes (1 1/2")
    1 c. steamed broccoli
    2 c. green salad
    2 tsp. low-fat or fat-free dressing

Directions

Grill steak. Serve with steamed little red potatoes and broccoli and large green salad. Use a fat-free or reduced-fat salad dressing since steak contains fat.
