    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Tahini, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 50 mL (remove)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 100 grams (remove)


Soak chickpeas overnight in cold water

Cook chickpeas minimum of 20 mins and allow to cool

Puree all ingredients together with seasoning as required

Serving Size: makes 3-4 servings
