    *Kamut, 1 cup (remove)
    Soft White Wheat Flour/ Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Olive Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    Honey, .5 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)
    Millet, .25 cup (remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), .5 serving (remove)
    **Flax Seed, 4 tbsp (remove)
    **chocolate chips, semi-sweet, sam's choice, about 35 chips, 1 serving (remove)


Mix first five ingredients. Add wet ingredients through honey. Stir just until moistened. Add all other ingredients. Fill muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Check for doneness with toothpick.

Serving Size: makes 12 muffins or 36 mini muffins
