    8 aspargus spears
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 c. green salad
    2 tsp. low-fat salad dressing, your choice
    1 c. fresh or water-packed pears
    minced garlic
    salt and pepper

Directions

Grill or bake the beef tenderloin in foil, seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper. Serve with fresh steamed asparagus spears, tomatoes, green salad with low-fat dressing and pears for dessert.
