Number of Servings: 6


    2 pkg whole wheat gnocci
    16 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup fresh spinach
    garlic, chopped, to taste
    Pam spray
    .25 tbsp parmesan
    2 tbsp fat free half and half
    italian seasoning and black pepper to taste


Boil gnocchi. In another pan, saute mushrooms in pam cooking spray. Add spinach and italian seasoning (to taste) or garlic powder (to taste). Add gravy. Pour half and half into gravy jar and shake well. Thicken with 1 tsp cornstarch if desired. Once done, add gnocchi to sauce. Add parmesan and stir in.

Serving Size: 6 1.5 cup servings
