Introduction

Super easy and very much like it's potatoe original! Super easy and very much like it's potatoe original!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Large head Cauliflour
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 c diced celery
    1/2 c light salad dressing or mayo
    1/2 c fat free sour cream
    1/4 c relish
    2 Tbsp Italian dressing (light)
    1 Tbsp mustard

Directions

Chop up cauliflour to your desired size and steam until tender. Strain and cool.
Mix together all other ingredients and add to cauliflour. Adjust to taste and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 12 1/2 cup servings
