    1/2 c. applesauce
    2 c. spinach, torn
    1/4 c. mandarin orange slices, water packed
    1 tbsp. Spinach Salad Dressing Recipe (recipe below)
    1 tsp. almonds

    Spinach Salad Dressing Recipe
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. sugar or xylitol
    sprinkle of garlic salt
    pepper

Directions

Toss spinach, mandarin oranges, almonds and dressing.
