Ingredients

    1 Medium Onion, chopped
    1/3 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
    1/2 tsp. Kroger Baking Powder
    1 cup Kroger 1% Milk
    1/2 cup Kroger Break-Free Egg Product
    8 oz. can Kroger No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
    4 oz. Quorn Meatless/Soyless Grounds
    1/4 cup sliced Red Pepper
    1/2 cup Kroger Part Skim Milk Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 400.

Grease 9-inch pie plate (deep dish recommended).

Sprinkle onion and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.

Stir flour, baking powder, milk and egg product with whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 20 minutes. Spread with sauce; top with remaining ingredients.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is light brown.

Cool 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 6 slices
