    green peas frozen 1 cup
    tomato chopped 1 cup
    onion chopped 0.5 cup
    garlic 3 cloves chopped
    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    tomato paste 1 tbsp


heat the oil and add onions and garlic then add tomatos and the paste after that add the peas and some water leave to boil for 10 minutes dont forget to add salt and peper

it is eaten with steamed or cooked rice
