Ingredients

10 frozen potato and onion pierogies
3 center cut bacon slices, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 ounces 1/3-less fat cream cheese
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup chopped seeded tomato
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange pierogies in glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cook bacon in saucepan over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan. Add garlic to bacon drippings and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add cream cheese to pan and cook for 1 minute or until cream cheese begins to melt, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth to pan, stirring with whisk until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over pierogies.
Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with bacon, green onions, and tomato. Serve immediately.
