    1 cup cake flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/8 cup butter (straight from the fridge)
    3/8 cup granulated sugar
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    2 tbsp milk
    2 tbsp raspberry spread


Preheat oven to 350'F.

Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together. Rub the butter into the flour mixture with your fingers or a pastry cutter. Add the beaten egg and enough milk to form a soft dough. Divide the dough into 12 parts. Roll each into a ball, put a divet into each and fill with raspberry jam. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
