    4 chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded
    One can sliced black olives
    I large can enchilada sauce
    12 corn tortillas
    One bag sargentos red fat cheddar cheese, shredded


Mix shredded chicken and some sauce in a bowl. Heat up tortillas in microwave so they are soft. Take heated enchilada, add one twelvth of chicken mix and a tablespoon of cheese, then roll and place in pan. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients. Finish by pouring the rest of the sauce over them, topping with remainder of cheese and olives.

Serving Size: makes 12 enchiladas
