Rich and delicious no-cook chocolate pudding treat. You will never know there is tofu in this! Double the ingredients and pour into a chocolate wafer crust or graham cracker crust for a full pie! Ingredients

7 oz. (1/2 block) silken soft tofu (in water, drained)
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Original Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
1 tablespoon honey
4 Famous Chocolate Wafer cookies
Fat Free Reddi Whip
Directions
Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds and mix with a spatula. heat again an dmix. Do this until the chips are completely melted. Combine all ingredients in a small blender cup fitted with mixing blade. Mix until completely smooth.
In a separate small blender cup, pulverize chocolate wafer cookies until consistency of sand. Distribute among 4 small cups. Divide pudding equally among 4 cups. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Top with whipped cream topping.
