    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, poached and cooled
    bok choi
    soy sauce
    5 spice power


Cook all veggies. Cup up chicken into small pieces. Put veg, chicken, soy sauce, teriyaki, garlic, and 5 spice in food processor and ground into nearly a paste. Add one or two egg whites if not sticky enough.

Place a small amount of filling into the center of each wrapper and fold according to package directions

You can put these in chicken broth to make wonton soup, or you can steam/pan fry to make pot stickers. YUM!
