Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 97% fat free Hebrew Dogs
    1 Cup Bell Pepper strips
    1 Cup onion diced
    1 Can Green Chile Enchilada sauce
    1/4 cup vegetable Broth
    1/2 Cup Lowfat Cheddar
    2 Oz Barilla Penne Plus pasta
    Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb

Directions

boil hotdogs, slice and return to the pan with the onion and Mrs Dash to taste
Fry up until onion is translucent
add veg. broth peppers and enchilada sauce
bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.
split pasta and put on a plate
split cheese and sprinkle on plates
cover with hotdog sauce
