Ingredients

6 cans sweet corn
12 fresh roman tomatoes, chopped
4 cucumbers, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
2 green pepper, chopped and seeded
2 jalapeni, seeded and chopped
7 tbsp balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp EVOO
4-6 tbsp pesto
Directions
Put all ingredents in a large bowl and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 2 hours. Bring to room temperature to serve.
