Number of Servings: 6


    Makes 6 servings

    1 lb 93/7 ground beef
    1 12oz bag frozen seasoning blend (onion, celery, red & green pepper)
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 15oz can tomato sauce, no salt added
    1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
    1 15oz can black beans
    1 cup fresh mushrooms (chopped)
    1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)


1. Brown ground beef in pot until completely crumbled. Add garlic and seasoning blend. Sautee until seasoning blend is completely thawed.

2. Add mushrooms, all canned ingredients with liquids plus 1/2 can water and chili powder.

3. Bring to slow boil then simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
