    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/3 cup margarine, melted
    3 large bananas, mashed
    3/4 cup white sugar


mix together flour,soda,baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

mix together mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted margarine. Stir in dry ingredients, just until moist. DO NOT OVER MIX! Spray muffin tins with PAM, then use an ice cream scoop , and fill muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-22 minutes.

*optional* add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to wet ingredients if desired*
