    1 c flour
    1/2 c butter
    1/2 c pecans, finely chopped
    16 oz cool whip
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 c powered sugar
    3 c milk
    2 large boxes chocolate pudding mix


Mmix flour, melted butter, and nuts together and press into a 9x12 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 375.

Beat softened cream cheese, 1/2 of the cool whip, and sugar together. Speed over cooled crust. Beat pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Top with remaining cool whip. Keep chilled.
