    *Casa Mendosa large whole wheat tortilla, 8 serving
    Turkey breast meat, cooked 10 ounce(s)
    *Campbell's Low fat Cream of chicken 1 can, 1 serving
    *Compliments mild salsa per 1/4 cup, 1.5 cup
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 cup
    Broccoli, cooked, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .75 cup, shredded


Saute green peppers and onions
Mix in a bowl chopped turkey breast, onion/pepper mixture, soup and salsa.
Layer wraps and mixture in a 9x13 pan. Make one layer cottage cheese sprinkled with chopped broccoli.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 45 mins at 350.
