    *O Organics Whole Wheat Thin Spagetti, 6 oz (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, .50 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pork Tenderloin, 4.5 oz (remove)
    4 ounces portobello mushrooms


chop all ingredients that need chopping and put into a large skillet, add oil and you can use pepper oil as half of oil. stir fry all until meat is done and veges are tender. add spagetti and mix.
