Just something I invented that is sweet and not so fattening either. Just something I invented that is sweet and not so fattening either.
Number of Servings: 15

Frozen Bread- 18-19 oz, 1 serving
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    *Splenda, 1 tsp
    Coconut, sweetened, 1 oz
Chocolate syrup, syrup only, 2 tbsp

Let dough defrost and rise, about half expected rising results. Then pull into a rectangle and sprinkle with cocoa (dark is best), coconut, and a little Splenda. Roll back up, shape into a circle or pretzel, let rise until nice and round, and then gently make lines on the top with chocolate syrup for a design. Cook in 400 degree oven for at least 50 minutes, let sit in the oven for about 30 more minutes at about 170, serve warm or room temperature.

This recipe does not like to cook, I had a lot of trouble getting it to cook the entire way through when cooking just the 25 minutes at 400.... that is why the weird cooking instructions. I cooked it for another 20 minutes, but 5 was preheat time and I had three loaves on the same pan. Might just have to play with the time more. It is really yummy though, and not nearly as many calories as a candy bar or anything.

Serving Size: Makes about 15 or so slices
