    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced
    Tomato juice, without salt added, .5 cup
    garlic powder or minced garlic
    veggies and herbs to taste

    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz


cook up everything and melt in cheese.
