Number of Servings: 16


    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Yellow Cornmeal, 2 cup
    Honey, 3 tbsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Baking Powder, 8 tsp
    Salt, 1.5 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 4 serving
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


I suppose I should make a note - I do not really know how long things take to make and I do not usually do anything too complicated with the cooking... all the dry ingredients get mixed together, then all the wet ingredients get added, and only use spoons not mixers to combine ingredients like corn, onions, etc.

I combine all the ingredients and bake at 425 for 45 minutes (cook with the Blackeyed Peas) and serve with a 1/4 cup of blackeyed peas or just let everyone make them all gone. :)
