A nice alternative to Vegetable Beef A nice alternative to Vegetable Beef
Number of Servings: 12


    1 lb ground turkey
    2 cups frozen corn
    2 cups frozen green beans
    2 6oz cans tomato paste
    4 cups Swanson 99% fat free Chicken Broth
    4 cups water
    1 10oz package frozen spinach
    3 medium carrots, diced
    2 medium stalks celery, diced
    1/4 medium onion, diced
    4 cloves garlic, minced (less if you don't like garlic)
    Salt and pepper to taste (about 2 tsp each for me)


Brown ground turkey
Add carrot, celery, onion, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent
Add garlic. Cook until aromatic.
Add water and broth.
Cook about 2 hrs.
Add frozen veggies. Cook another hour.

Serving Size: Serves 8
